Estimates
Estimates are free and provided in writing. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the estimate date, because glass and hardware costs change.
Deposits
Custom glass, mirror and shower enclosure work requires a 50% deposit to order materials and schedule your job. The balance is due when the work is complete.
Custom orders
Glass and mirror are cut and fabricated to your exact measurements. Once fabrication begins, custom orders can't be returned or refunded.
Concealed conditions
Some problems — rot, water damage, out-of-square openings — can't be seen until existing glass or windows are removed. If we find one, we'll stop, show you, and agree on any added cost with you before continuing.
Payment
Invoices are due on receipt. Balances not paid within 30 days are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per year).
